Q: Do you have units in stock right now?

A: Every TigerStriper unit is assembled and quality-tested to order. Some machines we have in stock, others might have a lead time. Each product listing indicates whether it's in stock, or has a lead time.

Q: Are these genuine engines, not clones or knockoffs?

A: Yes. We source engines only through authorized distributor channels, and each engine meets EPA Clean Air standards is CARB compliant.

Do you drop ship from a foreign country?

No. All of our machines are sourced from around the world and shipped to our warehouse in Texas for final assembly, thorough testing and crating before being shipped by a trusted LCL freight carrier.

Q: Are your units made in China?

We source our machines and components from vendors from around the world. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. Machines are fully tested and have final assembly tested before they're shipped to you.

Q: What's the difference between your machines and Graco or Titan?

A: We use the same class of genuine commercial engines (Honda or Kohler depending on model) and comparable pump/spray technology, positioned at a meaningfully lower price point. You're getting contractor-grade equipment without paying for an established brand's overhead. All of our machines use industry standard hose connections, spray tips and guns, so any Graco, Titan or Wagner parts work interchangeably. Our line driver is also compatible with existing Graco or Titan machines - you might have to change your ball size, ball sizes are listed in product description.

Q: How does shipping work?

Machines are shipped via LTL freight from our warehouse in Austin with door to door tracking and full insurance. Most machines ship for free to a commercial address with a loading dock or to the LTL carrier's closest terminal. Residential delivery or liftgate delivery options are available at checkout.

You will be assigned an LTL carrier shortly before your machine ships, so keep a watch on your email for tracking info.

Q: Can I change my order after submitting a request?

Of course, just reach out ASAP to let us know of any changes. Use the contact form or email customerservice@tigerstriper.com with your order number.

Q: What is your warranty?

A: Coverage is split into two parts. The engine (Honda or Kohler) is covered directly by that manufacturer through their nationwide authorized dealer network. Everything else — frame, tank, pump, hoses, drive components, and wiring — is covered by Tigerstriper's own parts warranty. Please see our warranty page for full terms.

Q: How do repairs work?

A: If a covered part fails, contact us with a description of the issue. If the issue is a failed covered part, we will ship a spare to you for you to install. Most small engine repair shops or pump shops can install for you.
