Free LTL - Door to Door service
We offer free shipping via LTL (less than truckload) freight to any commercial address with a loading dock. Your machine comes palatalized. The freight driver will contact you several days before your delivery date to set up an appointment. Most of them have a pallet jack on their truck, but ask to make sure. Ideally you should have a pallet jack or forklift ready to offload the machine(s) at your dock. You are responsible for all storage, RTS or undeliverables fees associated with your shipment, including abandoned shipments. Free LTL - Terminal Service (Warehouse pickup)
If you do not have a dock available, terminal service is the next best thing. Your LTL (less than truckload) carrier will ship your order to the closest warehouse according to the address you put in at checkout. We will email you before we ship your order if you have a preference to what terminal you'd like your order sent to. The carriers operate this service as 'will call', meaning once your order is ready for pickup at their warehouse, they will contact you to set up a pickup date or time that works for you. Please note most freight terminals are very busy and usually cannot store your order for you for more than 24-48 hours. Most carriers have forklifts/pallet jacks available to help you load, but please confirm with them before you head to the terminal. Lift Gate service - residential or commercial door to door without dock
If you do not have a dock and you want the machine directly shipped to you, this is the option you should choose. The freight carrier will contact you several days before your shipment date to set up a time for delivery. You must be available to take possession of the delivery and sign for it with this service - the carrier will not leave your shipment unattended. If you miss your shipment date, you are responsible for rescheduling with your carrier and paying any required fees. We are happy to help coordinate communication with your carrier if necessary but we are not responsible for missed deliveries. If you are financing through Clicklease or another finance company that originates from our website, you must sign for the machine for your loan to originate and payments to start. Machines will not be delivered without your signature. If the carrier cannot contact you or if you refuse the shipment, you are responsible for all storage or RTS fees that the shipment may incur.
