Returns Policy

1. Eligibility. Products purchased from Tigerstriper ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") may be returned within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions set forth below. This Returns Policy applies solely to voluntary returns initiated by the purchaser ("Customer," "you," or "your") for reasons other than a defect, malfunction, or nonconformity in materials or workmanship. Claims relating to defective products are governed exclusively by the Warranty terms set forth above and are not subject to this Returns Policy.

2. Condition Requirements. To be eligible for return, a product must be: (a) unused, meaning the engine has not been started, no fuel has been introduced to the engine or fuel system, and no paint, coating, or marking material has been introduced to the pump, hoses, or spray system; (b) in its original condition, free of damage, alteration, or modification; (c) accompanied by all original components, accessories, documentation, and packaging materials to the extent reasonably practicable; and (d) returned within the time period specified in Section 1.

Any product that does not meet all of the foregoing conditions is ineligible for return and will be deemed a final sale. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a returned product meets these conditions upon inspection.

3. Return Authorization. No product may be returned without prior written authorization from the Company. To request a return, Customer must contact the Company within the period specified in Section 1 and provide the original order number, a description of the reason for return, and photographs of the product's current condition upon request. The Company will provide return shipping instructions upon approval of the request. Products returned without prior authorization may be refused or subject to additional handling fees.

4. Return Shipping. Customer is responsible for arranging and paying all costs associated with return freight, including but not limited to carrier charges, crating, and any costs incurred to prepare the product for freight shipment. The Company recommends Customer insure the return shipment, as Customer bears the risk of loss or damage in transit until the product is received by the Company. Products damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging may be denied a refund or subject to a reduced refund reflecting the diminished value of the product.

5. Restocking Fee. A restocking fee of twenty percent (20%) of the original purchase price (excluding original outbound freight charges) will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee reflects, among other things, inbound freight, inspection, and reconditioning costs, and the diminished resale value of a product that is no longer new.

6. Refunds. Upon receipt and inspection confirming the product meets the conditions in Section 2, the Company will process a refund of the purchase price, less the restocking fee described in Section 5 and less any original outbound freight, residential delivery, liftgate, or expedited shipping charges, which are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within a commercially reasonable time following inspection, typically within fourteen (14) business days. Custom, made-to-order configurations, and any product identified as such at the time of sale, may be subject to additional restrictions or excluded from return eligibility entirely, as specified at the time of order.

7. Final Sale Items. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, any product that has been started, fueled, used, or introduced to paint or marking material of any kind is ineligible for return under this Policy and constitutes a final sale, except to the extent a defect is covered under the Warranty terms set forth above. Consumable items like tips, filters, hoses, spare parts are final sale.

8. Cancellations Prior to Shipment. Orders cancelled prior to shipment may be subject to a cancellation fee reflecting costs already incurred by the Company, including but not limited to parts ordered, labor performed, and any non-refundable deposits paid to third-party suppliers on Customer's behalf. The Company will notify Customer of any applicable cancellation fee prior to processing the cancellation.

9. Modifications. The Company reserves the right to modify this Returns Policy at any time. The version of this Policy in effect at the time of Customer's purchase shall govern that transaction.
